Shop small in GRANDmont Rosedale in the parking lot at 19505 Grand River, the site of GRDC’s coming new, mixed-use senior housing project. There will be food trucks, music, holiday decorations, local vendors, kids’ activities, and pre-rehab tours of the two historic Outer Drive apartment buildings GRDC recently acquired.
