The City of Detroit Buildings, Safety Engineering and Environmental Department (BSEED) is hosting a Landlord Resource Fair to educate and help assist Landlords, and Property Manager Groups bring their Rental properties into compliance. Presenters include:

• Housing and Revitalization Department

• State of Michigan

• 3rd-party inspection companies

• Detroit Police Department
