Forming Your LLC - In Person Event!

Come and create your LLC during the workshop! This hands-on session will help you understand the Limited Liability Company business entity and how to file your Articles of Organization using the State of Michigan’s Licensing and Regulatory Affairs’ (LARA) website. Michigan SBDC consultants will be on hand to help you file for your LLC during the workshop. Please register early, you will be informed about what materials you need to bring to the workshop to complete your filing.
