4th Annual Detroit Construction Conference

This year's 4th Annual Detroit Construction Conference will be the first time the conference takes place on two days. The free conference will be held virtually again this year. Friday's (1/21/22) conference will focus heavily on procurement and preparation contractors need in order to do business with City of Detroit departments & the Detroit Land Bank Authority. Saturday's (1/22/22) conference will focus on the actual opportunities for contractors to do business with City of Detroit Departments & the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

Attendees will have the opportunity to get familiar with the procurement process, discuss bonding, insurance, permitting, business certificates, access to capital, upcoming bids, and hear from a panel currently working on contracts with the City of Detroit & the Detroit Land Bank Authority. Attendees can register for one or both days.
