We will discuss topics related to business entities and registrations such as sole proprietorships, "Doing Business As" (DBA), and Limited Liability Companies. You will learn how to access the documents (Articles of Organization) needed form an LLC in Michigan, and how to file them on the State of Michigan website.
We will also cover additional good business practices for your new LLC, including basic bookkeeping procedures.
